Delivery & Pickup

For deliveries please allow 7-10 business days depending on stock availability. Larger orders may take longer to prepare due to picking and sorting out of plants. Please ensure all delivery information is correct upon ordering. In the event of damaged goods, a claim must be made in the first 24 hours of delivery. It is the purchases responsibility to check and water plants/trees upon arrival.


Unattended premises- In the event of no one being hone we will leave the item at the premises in a safe place.

Pick-up orders will be organised in 3-5 business days. Once your order is ready to pick-up, we willsend you a confirmation email with all the relevant information. Please note some orders may take longer to organise.

For deliveries outside Sydney Metro area please email us at Galston.nursery@gmail.com before purchasing to obtain a quote in regards to delivery.

Deliveries will generally be carried out 12pm – 4pm Monday to Friday.

Pick-ups are welcomed during our business ours of Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm or Saturday 10am –3pm. Sundays we are closed.
